SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will typically ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Orders over $300 are shipped for free
To ensure a safe delivery, a signature will be required upon delivery of orders over $500.
We do not ship to freight forwarders.
Packages cannot be redirected.
Python products & products containing python cannot be sold or shipped to California.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Sergio Paisley online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn and unwashed saleable full priced merchandise within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. During sale periods, merchandise that is marked down must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Sergio Paisley reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Orders shipped back after the return window will be issued a store credit.
Altered, special order, personalized, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Orders paid via, Pay Later must be shipped back. Returns will not be accepted in store
THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM TO MAKE YOUR RETURN AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.
1. IN STORE
Returns are complimentary at the Sergio Paisley store. Simply bring the merchandise and the packing slip to the credit department. Credit will be given to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit gift card.
2. WITH PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL
Returns may also be made by mail using a pre-addressed SmartLabel (enclosed with your original shipment). Pack up your unworn and unwashed merchandise, (including vendor packaging and tags) and affix the pre-paid return label. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. You can schedule a UPS pick up or drop off at a UPS location that is convenient for you. No postage is required. There will be a $10 return shipping charge. If do not have a pre-paid UPS label, please reach out to orders@sergiopaisley.com and we will email you a new copy.
3. SHIPPING METHOD OF YOUR CHOICE
If you prefer, you can send your items back via a shipping service of your choice. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Please mail your return back to the following address:

Refunds for merchandise not accompanied with a packing slip or receipt will be refunded at their current selling price. Sergio Paisley is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at
Sergio Paisley or Sergio Paisley.com. In addition, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on excessive returns.
EXCHANGES
If a size exchange is needed, there are 2 options. Please reach out to orders@sergiopaisley.com and we can assist.
You can place a new order. We will ship the new size as soon as possible. Once the old item is received back in store, you will receive a refund for your original order.
We can do an even exchange - however we will need to wait until the original item is received back in store before we can ship out the new size needed.
